Carprog 9.31 can’t connect to internet server (solved)

Symptom when fail to...

The carprog only can read and verify Opel, Nissan and vw. When click “FIND CRASH”, it stopped and popped up the error message, saying “Can’t connect to internet server”

Users analysis from forums:

So Basically they are moving all algorithms to online database, currently, they are kept and updated locally and it makes problems when same module is in both Carprog and Universal Crash Cleaner online, When they fix algorithm or add new module in Carprog, it is not in Universal Cleaner. So instead entire data is going to be moved to database online and Carprog will have none locally, at same time they will have easier time updating them and also making them available not only on Carprog.. if any one of you guys cant connect to the server then you would have to email them for support..right now they are still open to suggestions from what I've been told..
