Customer solution:

1. you must have installedAcrobat readerand svgview
   2.must have installed car data base like in this:

uninstall elsa and reinstall again all :elsa base and data base cd's

uninstall elsa, then reinstall acrobat reader and svgview, then ElsaWin base and then Audi data base cd.

check to have installed audi cd like in my foto :elsa4.0 zip,2 post up.

If it didn’t work also, maybe the Elsawin software you installed is corrupted. You can buy tested Elsawin v5.2 or Elsawin v4.0 from obd2france.com. They are tested without issues and work well on Windows xp.
