(solved) Vocom Error in Tech Tool Error Code PRO099997

My company six months ago have bought a VOCOM communication unit, and everything went well for about a month... Once i wanted to do diagnostic for volvo fh13, but unsuccessfully.. I got error in tech tool screen PRO99997.

reinstalled software 2 time, but still nothing works...

something wrong with your tech tool; maybe improper installation of APCI+ database

So re-install again 

then setup PC date as 2016.9

Ptt supports Windows 7 or Windows xp.

1. 1. Run the setup on Win 7, user id :123456 for install,
2. 2. reboot pc
3. 3. open the keygen, login id:m311331, work offline
4. 4. now start to offline update : stop the network agent, then copy all offline update file to C:\Program Files\Network Update Agent
5. run the networkupdateagent now

Note:

Disable "always ask before run it " windows

( run , gpedit.msc ->..) the you don't need to click yes everytime when update

(if install in windows XP , you need go to service-manager, stop the networkupdateagent service first)
