You can install ODIS-E on Windows 7
or
Mount iso in virtual drive - daemontools lite; then use path to folder "postsetup" on virtual drive.
(solved) ODIS Engineering (ODIS-E) error: PostSetup - configuration data input:
* solution 1
Rename folder "postsetup" to "update".
file:///G:/update
* solution 2
1.) change the the "postsetup" folder name to : "updates"
2.) next change folder name "Odis" to "ODIS_Engineering".
and this should work without the error now .
* solution 3
- Create Odis_Engineering folder in the root of C drive.
- Extract postsetup.iso
- Copy Trade-Retail folder to Odis_Engineering, the way shuld be с:/Odis_Engineering/Trade-Retail/software/postsetup/6.2.2/site.xml
- Install Link Shell Exstension.
- Right click site.xml file in с:/Odis_Engineering/Trade-Retail/software/postsetup/6.2.2 folder, choose Pick Link Source from menu.
- Go to root of C, right click anywhere and choose Drop As../Hardlink clone
- Try to install postsetup again, the way should be rot of C.
