VVDI2 VAG copy 48 chip keys

Xhorse VVDI2 VAG key programmer can copy 48 transponder, without binding a Condor Mini key cutting machine.
Vvdi vag 1.2.6 download on Mega:
Require vvdi2 firmware v2.2.5
Run VVDI2 VAG software
Select Key learn in the menu
Then 4th immobilizer system – copy 48 transponder:
Step 1
Copy 48 procedure require PIN and component security bytes from cars
Select Get component security from engine control unit via obdii
Step 2
Connect the emulator to VVDI2 commander and switch ON ignition with the emulator, switch OFF/ON for 3 times
(attention: it requires OBD when lost all key)
Step 3
Decode the collected data via internet, and save the “calculate 48 data”. You can copy/prepare key with “calculate 48 data”
(attention: every success calculation will cost 100 remote points)
Step 4
Learn the new key with “calculate 48 data”. If the key was made by copy, it can start engine without learn




[Note 1] About new adapter Vvdi2:
some nec24c32 nec24c64 nec35XX all key lost not need remove instrument.(need read cs from ecu).
[Note 2] About copy 48 function on VVDI2:
(1) Authorize copy 48 function require 1000 remote points, require buy an extra emulator
(2) You can exchange it with "Transponder Programmer -> Menu -> Points System"
(3) Every success calculate will cost 100 remote points
(4) Copy 48 fucntion use in 4th immobilizer system(Dashboard), support type: NEC24C32, NEC24C64, NEC24C64 colordisplay, A1, A3/TT/R8, Q3, New tiguan 5ND920873B, 5ND920883B etc
(5) Copy 48 fucntion can work on the car that which support read PIN and CS via OBDII. Ofcourse, known CS and PIN is supported. Support make new key, support add keyless GO keys, especially support lost all key
(6) For Passat B6/CC only support clone 48 transponder(must have working key), don't support 46 transponder, dont support keyless Go, dont support lost all key

2016 vag ME17.5.22 all key lost with VVDI2 VAG

Have managed to use Xhorse VVDI2 VAG commander for 2016 new vag all key lost. Report it here.

Note:
Procedure 12:
Johnson control with 95320 - uds
Generally, this type instrument use 95320 EEPROM.
There are two methods NEC+95320(Johnson control), NEC+95320(jci 2013 bora/jetta)
There’s a special procedure for prepare dealer key:
Menu->key learn->4th immobilizer system - VW/ skoda/ seat (choose the specific type according to the car)
Lost all key- OBD prepare key
This function will read PIN/CS from ECU or (input PIN/CS) and prepare dealer key. The dealer key can learn to car
After running this function, it changed 6 bytes of all 12 bytes CS in immobilizer system. So the old key cannot be used anymore, and don’t accept any key come from dealer

Xhorse VVDI2 Key Programmer add ID46 transponder key for VW Touareg

This is a guide for you to use Xhorse VVDI2 Commander Key Programmer to add a new ID46 transponder key for VW Touareg 2008. Below are the steps!
Step1. Open VVDI2 software, choose VW software.
Turn ignition on with the original key. Click “Key Learn” on top menu bar. Choose “4th Immobilizer System- VW” and “Touareg”.
Step2. Tick the option “Get component security from engine via ECU”. Click “Auto detect from ECU”. Read component security bytes and PIN.
And now VVDI2 commander will remind you “the 7th byte CS code may be wrong, find it from the working key”, click “OK”.
Step3. Click “Make Dealer Key” below “make dealer key with working key”.
Insert a working key into VVDI2 coil. And the correct 7th byte is read out as picture shows. Click “Yes” and input it to replace the old one.
Step4. Click “Make Dealer Key” below “make dealer key with 7 bytes CS”. Put the new ID46 transponder chip into VVDI2 coil. It will show “Key made OK and locked”.
Step5. Click “Key Learning”, turn off ignition, remove the original key, then insert the new key and turn on ignition. Switch ignition off, remove the new key then use it to turn ignition on. New key programmed successfully by VVDI2 key programmer!
